All our apartments are fully equipped with all necessary things for comfortable living(refrigerator, phone for local calls, TV - cable / satellite channels, washing machine, microwave, hair drier, electric kettle, air conditioner) Business class and luxury apartments are equipped with home cinema, CD/DVD, dishwasher, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. All apartments are suplied with clean linen and towels. Cookware & Kitchen Utensils.

It is safe enough to rent an apartment in Kiev as all of them are located in the very heart of the city centre. There are an entrance door intercoms and locks, security guards and concierges.Many apartments have a private secure parking place(for quests who travelling by car)
All our apartments have broadband internet connection, however it is not unlimited, limit is 30 Mb per day which is great enough for emails, online messengers, websites browsing etc. Please let us know in advance if you intend to use an internet over the limit. Otherwise thе internet will be disconnected by the supplier, in this case we'll be able to restore it during 24 hours since your notification about disconnection. (each Mb over the limit costs 0.20USD).
Rental price includes:
- Cleaning the apartment every fourth day (changing the linens, towels, vacuum cleaning).
- All fees for electricity, heating and water supply.
- Local phone calls from the phone which is on the apartment.
Additional services
Transfer service from / to the airport - 35 USD - price per vehicle but not per person.
Rent a car with a driver - 15 USD - price per hour per vehicle.
Food, water, flovers delivery - 15 USD - price for the delivery + receipt from the store.
Rent a Cell Phone - 2 USD - price per day including Ukrainian Operator SIM Card.

House Keepeng - 10 USD - price for the extra cleaning of the apartment.
